Cost reduction proposal
The target is $6,000 a month in new savings, done in November 2026. $3,251 a month is clearly in reach. The review items close the rest of the gap. The fee matches the saving 1:1: one month of the confirmed saving, paid on December 1. Nothing is paid up front.
Already saved
$600.16 a month ($7,202 a year) is booked with the vendors. It is not counted in the fee.

Fee
The fee equals one month of the confirmed saving, 1:1.
- I do the work in November. Design N Rank pays nothing up front.
- By November 30, I show proof that each change is done: a cancellation email, a vendor receipt or a screenshot of the change.
- A saving counts when the change is confirmed done, not when it shows on a statement.
- On December 1, Design N Rank pays the confirmed monthly saving, once.
- Every month after that, the full saving stays with Design N Rank.
Assumptions
- All amounts are CAD, as charged on the card, with tax and exchange included.
- Costs are the latest charge per vendor. Charges billed yearly or twice a year are shown per month.
- No change goes ahead without Design N Rank's approval.
